MANDATORY UPDATE ENTROPY/RSA TO VERSION 0.9.1 BUILD 438 OR LATER
Fix a serious bug in fragment sizes of files being >= 256K. The bug wasted a lot of data store space and traffic.
DO NOT USE GCC 4.x TO COMPILE ENTROPY.
It seems that gcc4 produces broken code for the bignum.c source which then creates invalid RSA keypairs (public key all zeroes).
